Saber

Concept art of the Saber.

A Saber is a type of melee physical weapon exclusive to the duskblade class, and the only type of weapon they can equip. Its design is based on the Tangdao (唐刀), a type of Dao or single-edged Chinese sword from the Tang Dynasty. They are one of the least common types of weapons, due to the limited options to obtain them; they are not purchasable at a Blacksmith and are not obtainable from Dreamchaser Packs, for instance. They can be crafted like other weapons, though only Blacksmith Okan in Dawnglory and high-level options are available.

Compared to other weapons, the saber has a lower to medium damage ratio, with a fast attack speed and medium range. In comparison is it similar to the Blade type of weapon stat-wise. The attack power of a Saber is enhanced with the Dexterity stat, and requires a high amount of Dexterity to equip.

The Saber is compatible with the Saber fashion weapon type.
