The Present Delivery Race, also known as the Santa Event, is a daily seasonal event that usually occurs during the month of December for Christmas. It is available to players level 60 and above. The event occurs daily at 10:00AM, 2:00PM, and 6:00PM server time and lasts for 15 minutes. The event is located at Frigid Bay (441, 200).
A system announcement will be made when the event begins.
The Event[ | ]
To begin the event, talk to Toto in Frigid Bay (441, 200) who will give you a timed Penguin Launcher. If you have trouble clicking on Toto, hold the ⇧ Shift key to make it easier to click on him. The launcher lasts for 1 hour and is used during the event and must be turned in to receive a prize at the end.
Next, talk to Santa Claus in the same location to receive the Santa Claus' Gifts quest. You must have this quest in order to receive a prize at the end.
The event itself is a team event, meaning that players must work together in order to receive better prizes. Every player will receive the same prize regardless of the effort made. The goal is to help Santa Claus deliver presents to his gingerbread house within 15 minutes. There are arrows on the ground guiding players to the gingerbread house, located just beside Santa Claus.
The type of presents to deliver depend on how many presents are delivered, and will also affect the prize at the end of the event.
- No prize: Less than 20 presents delivered
- Presents to deliver: Gift Chest
- Bronze Chest: 20 presents delivered
- Presents to deliver: Penguin Toy
- Silver Chest: 100 presents delivered
- Presents to deliver: Snowman Toy
- Golden Chest: 200 presents delivered
A system announcement will be made once players have reached each delivery goal.
To deliver presents, click on a present and then use your Penguin Launcher by right-clicking it in your inventory, accessed with the B key, or clicking on the on-screen prompt. This will push the present forward. Push the present towards the gingerbread house beside Santa Claus. Keep in mind that the event is a team effort so if you see other players pushing presents, it is best to try to assist them in pushing presents rather than trying to push them away from the gingerbread house, as this will hurt progress for the event, including for yourself.

There are a few ways to do the event, either working by yourself or with other players.
- Pick a present and push it all the way to the gingerbread house. This is the most basic method and does not require much teamwork.
- (After delivering 20 presents) Start far away from the gingerbread house and start pushing multiple presents towards the gingerbread house. This is usually a slower method when doing it alone, however very effective if other players are helping.
- Additional players can also wait closer to the gingerbread house to "catch" the presents and finish pushing them to the gingerbread house while the players located farther away can go back to push more presents towards them.

Once the 15 minutes are up, Toto's Reward Chest will spawn. Players will have 10 minutes to take the quest from this chest to receive their reward. If your inventory is full, the quest will remain in your quest log for 5 minutes and then fail if you do not make enough inventory space in time to receive the reward.
The type of reward varies depending on how many presents were delivered. Note that the amounts usually quoted in official blog posts are not accurate; the highest reward is achieved at 200 presents.

The Snowman Paster can be used to turn the user into a snowman for 20 seconds. During this time, the user's run speed will be greatly reduced to 0.1m/s. Upon turning back to normal, the Snowman Paster will return to the inventory. Players can also gather 5 Snowman Pasters to receive the Rednosed Reindeer title from the PW Promotions Agent.
