Neverfall is the great capital city in the Western Continent introduced in the PWI Neverfall expansion. It is home of the Light Empire founded by Light Emperor Alexander and now under the rule of Light Empress Althea. Players who are Reawakened II, level 100+, and Mirage Sky I can access this city by completing the Map to Neverfall quest chain to gain access to the Western Steppes.
This great capital holds many things for players to gain from. This city offers players Glyph Slots to enhance their skills, new main and side quests for Vitae and titles, and Neverfall Badges to exchange for Sanctified Skills, passives, more titles and other rewards.
Story[]
In the year 1366, the Frost Emperor united the barbaric tribes and swept out of the Northern Wastes with a horde of four million, determined to conquer new lands. The 36 warlords of Perfect World banded together to try and hold off the invasion. Their armies met at Grape Valley, resulting in the fierce and tragic battle that became known as the "Battle of Grape Valley". The nascent magical resistance, that the barbaric warriors possessed, gave them a great advantage and made the war difficult for the magical alliance. The front lines were shattered, and the alliance routed. The barbaric warriors slayed down archers and mages and hanged their heads around their waists to show off dominance and intimidation. From that day forth, Grape Valley became known as the "Valley of Hanged Heads". Captain Alexander and Guides changed the fate of the Westlands. In the year 1368, after the barbaric army was driven back to their land, the 36 warlords in the center continent voted Alexander, their invincible commander, as their emperor.
