City of the Plume

City of the Plume is a city in the Midlands, located to the south-west. It is the capital city of the Winged Elves, and where archers, clerics, and edgerunners will begin their journey beyond the Celestial Vale.

History[]

A Banker can be found in the South District of the city (338, 414). In the same location are several other NPCs such as the Commission Shop, Assistant Wang Tsai, the PW Boutique Agent, and the Inventory Master. Another Banker can be found in the North District of the city (314, 432), where Assistant Wang Tsai is also located.
An Auctioneer can be found in the center of the city (324, 427), near the Plume City Elder.
Mailboxes can be found in the South District of the city beside the Banker, in the North District of the city beside the Banker, in the center of the city beside the Auctioneer, and in the South-West corner of the city beside the Battle Coordinator.
The Plume Officer can be found towards the center of the city, located beside Priest Yuusa (326, 425), where players of a Faction that occupy the territory can purchase and craft items.
The River-Cross Captain can be found in the river west of the city (307, 439).
