Arc Codes are unique codes that players can use through the Arc platform to redeem items in-game. They are released occasionally throughout the year, sometimes for special occasions such as PWI's anniversary or a real-world holiday. Arc Codes are one of the only ways that players can get event gold to use in the Event Boutique.
Codes can be found in multiple places, including:
- On the PWI Facebook page
- On PWI news posts
- Through word-of-mouth from other players
- PWI Discord (unnoficial) - since 2017, codes were reliably announced at the channel #📣｜𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, which can be configured to receive in other servers
- PWAssistant - Discord bot that you can use to get a list of active codes. This bot is maintained by the maintainers of the PWI Discord, so it is generally up-to-date
- PWI Facebook Group (unnoficial) - The group members share new codes.
- In emails sent to your account's email address
- On the Arc forums

Below is a list of Arc Codes that are currently active. All Arc Codes have expiration dates. Some may only be redeemable once, while some others can be redeemed infinitely.
Most items redeemed through Arc Codes cannot be traded.

How to Redeem Arc Codes
There are two different methods to redeeming Arc Codes.
- Through the Arc Client:
- Open the Arc Client.
- Sign in with the account you would like to redeem with.
- Click on "Home" on the left-side of the window, or click the button at the bottom with the nine squares and click on PWI.
- Click the "Redeem Code" button.
- Enter the Arc Code and click Next.
- Select your server and your character and click Next.
- Through the Arc website:
- Go to http://www.arcgames.com/en/redeem.
- Sign in with the account you would like to redeem with.
- Enter the Arc Code and click Submit.
- Select your server and your character and click Redeem.
Troubleshooting
Sometimes Arc Codes are not successfully redeemed. Usually if this happens, an error message will be shown on screen upon trying to redeem a code. These messages are best seen when redeeming through the Arc Client, as error messages on the Arc website do not usually indicate what the issue is.
- Unable to redeem code. Please try again later: This error message usually appears when redeeming on the Arc website regardless of what issue occurs. It could happen because the servers are at capacity, you have already redeemed the code, or the code has expired.
- The product key you have entered has expired.: This error message indicates that the Arc Code you are trying to redeem has expired, and therefore can no longer be redeemed.
- Other error messages may indicate that the character you are attempting to send the items to has a full mailbox. After clearing space from the mailbox, try to redeem the code again.
