== Description ==
The Ancient Frost Kirin wishes to help the penguins build a Homestead of their own, but it needs you to gather materials from the coldest parts of Perfect World.<br>To begin this quest, make a melee attack against the Ancient Frost Kirin in the Frigid Bay.

== Objectives ==
To begin the quest, go to the Ancient Frost Kirin in Frigid Bay (460, 205) and attack it once and a dialog box will appear. If it does not appear, then you may not meet the requirements; you must own a [[Homestead]] to be able to participate in the quest.

#Once the dialog box appears, click confirm and the next quest will appear.
#Dig Crisp Snow Crystals from the following:
##From the Bonechill Stump in the Harshlands (136, 979).
##From the Necrodark Stone near the Veiled Tower (533, 961). Note: This item may be difficult to dig, and is easier to do by holding down the {{Key Press|Alt}} key.
##From the Icespine Blade in Icespine Pass (486, 246).
#Talk to the Penguin-mart Shopkeeper in Frigid Bay (455, 211). He will give you a 12 hour timed Penguin Quest Letter.
#Enter your Homestead. Open the Homestead Quests window by pressing the "Q" button to the top-left corner of the screen. Take the "Craft Penguin Decorations" quest from the Delivery tab.
#Craft the following items in your Homestead. They can be obtained from the [[Boutique]], as a reward from the [[Present Delivery Race]], or by purchasing from other players' Homesteads.
#*1 Colorful Balloon
#*1 Wishful Sock
#*1 Crystal Flake
#Complete the quest by opening the Homestead Quests window again and finding the quest in the Complete tab.
#Exit your Homestead and go to (452, 214) in Frigid Bay.
#A dialog window will appear. Click confirm.
#Meditate.
#Talk to the Penguin-mart Shopkeeper to receive your reward.
